Technical Account Manager

  • Effectively organize, manage and organically grow a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Perform as liaison between hotels and internal Reznext organization to resolve issues.
  • Conduct business reviews with customers within the portfolio and developing recommendations to increase revenue through use of Reznext products and services.
  • Effectively oversee / manage inventory and pricing strategies in all distribution channels of Reznext for Clients in region, including promotions and discounts.
  • Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance.
  • Drive market share and revenue performance through proper pricing and mix management by co- ordination with AM Team.
  • Keeping constant observation on rates given by Hotels in order to contend with immediate competitors.
  • Ensure BEST RATES are maintained on channels of Reznext and ensure Hotels signed up on Reznext Services are implemented and made live within 10 Days.
  • Responsible for effective implementation and compliance with all Reznext Revenue Management Standards, Policies & Procedures. (Rate Plans, Rate Categories, Market Segmentation, Content and related RM functionality.)
  • All Rate Solicitations acted upon in a timely manner and rate plans maintained and extended as appropriate. The AM Team has sole responsibility for the quality of all pricing setup in the Reznext system for the hotels under them
  • Ensure all channels are returning appropriate availability and pricing for the following 365 to 550 days.
  • Responsible for administration of the online Revenue Plan and the accuracy of all rooms data as input into the system.
  • Monitor daily pick up trend, business mix, channel comparison report.
  • Manage all channels of Reznext
  • Closely monitoring competitive pricing.
  • Maintain weekly basis communication with all clients in region.
  • Attract maximum participation and effectively implement promotions to all hotels introduced by Reznext.

  • Strong analytical capabilities to review, understand and formulate strategy changes based on the extensive reporting data available to Reznext hotels. This includes: All Revenue Plan reports: Rooms Type / Rate / Inventory Availability Report, Pace, Geographic Data, Forecasting Tool, Pick Up Prod, Price Point Analysis, Destination Analysis etc. Pro-active adoption of new reporting capabilities, Micro-Strategy, Market Vision
  • Ensure periodic Reports are prepared accurately and sent to Account Management Head in timely manner.
